Deaf Clown / Alberto Saucedo
Self-taught animator and multidisciplinary artist from Iztapalapa, on the eastern side of Mexico City. His creative interests revolve around experimentation with the strange, the cartoony, lowbrow aesthetics, and the exploration of mental health.
Always carrying his sketchbook and driven by the urge to record his everyday life, he paints, designs characters, and intervenes art toys, participating in solo and group exhibitions since 2020.
As an animator, he has over 10 years of experience in the field, having worked with studios such as Huevocartoon, Fotosíntesis, and Ánima. He has participated in series from the Netflix and Disney catalogs, including Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur and Hit-Monkey. He currently works in stop-motion animation with the independent studio Cinema Fantasma.
